Business Development Coordinator

Monica first joined Haystack in 2017 as Townsend’s executive assistant. Since then, she’s leveraged years of administrative expertise to build out Haystack’s photography team and business development processes. Passionate about creative problem-solving and clear communication, Monica brings structure and strategy to every opportunity.

Originally from Upstate New York, Monica currently lives with her husband in Jena, Germany. Despite the time difference, she’s delivered value to projects with Elliott Management, 400 Capital, Brookfield, FGS Global, HIG Capital, and many others.

Monica holds an AS in Business Administration and Management.
