Monica joined Haystack in 2017 as Townsend’s executive assistant. Today, she’s leveraging over 15 years of administrative expertise to oversee Haystack’s photography projects and coordinate business development efforts. Passionate about creative problem-solving and clear communication, Monica aims to deliver client satisfaction with every opportunity.

Originally from Upstate New York, Monica has spent the last seven years living and working in Germany. Despite the time difference, she’s delivered value to projects with Elliott Management, 400 Capital, Brookfield, FGS Global, HIG Capital, and many others.

Monica holds an AS in Business Administration and Management.
